What to include

• The email itself. Forward it as an attachment if your email app allows it, so the original headers come through.
• The full sender address, for example news@yourbrand.sequenzymail3.com, if you can't forward the email.
• What's wrong: you never signed up, you unsubscribed and still get emails, or the email pretends to be another company.

What happens next

We find the account that sent the email and review its recent sending. Accounts that email people without permission or impersonate other businesses are suspended, and their emails stop.
